In addition to our extensive selection of American artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and cured meats, Chef Marianne Sundquist has created a terrific set of contemporary, seasonal American plates created using high quality ingredients and old-world techniques. Inspired by global flavors and a simpler time, the IFS food menu focuses on local, seasonal ingredients at the peak of their flavor and quality. We are proud to support local and sustainable methods of farming. Check out the chalkboard for a list of our farmers.
