Wine Menu at In Fine Spirits

Wine by the Glass and Bottle

At our wine bar we offer more than 60 hand-selected wines by the glass and by the bottle. We specialize in New World, handcrafted wines and unusual varietals that represent the cutting-edge of quality and value. Our wine selection changes seasonally, and it changes with the availability of limited release and smaller production wines.

Featured Wines

Favorita - Deltetto 2009 (Langhe, Italy)

Favorita - Deltetto 2009 (Langhe, Italy) - A sharp orange-blossom scent that mingles with hints of honey, raspberry and stone fruit…possibly our favorite white of the spring ($10.5 glass, $42 bottle)

Grenache - Stepping Stone 2007 (Lake County, California)

Grenache - Stepping Stone 2007 (Lake County, California) - Strawberry, rhubarb, blackberry cobbler and a host of baking rack spices form a delectable libation. ($12 glass, $48 bottle)

Tasting Flights at In Fine Spirits

Wine Tasting Flights

We present discovery-themed "tasting trios" each season. Each flight includes three individual 2-ounce pours in tasting glasses. Here are three samples for winter sipping:

not your mom’s box of chablis 9
Aussie-chardonnay, a New Zealand show-stopper and an upstate New York blend remind us why we are always down for a glass of New-World chardonnay, or two or three…
  • Kilda 2008 (Australia)
  • Kumeu River Village 2007 (New Zealand)
  • Salmon Run 2009 (New York)
runaway rhones 11
These classic rhone varietals are far away from home and have formed a fantastic New-World character all of their own
  • Stepping Stone 2007 Grenache (California)
  • RawPower 2006 Shiraz (Australia)
  • Forlorn Hope 2006 Syrah ‘Old Woodsbull’ (California)
bourbon 15
Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey’s smooth, sweet, spicy flavor comes from the production process: the grain mash is at least 51% corn; only water can be added; and it is aged in new, charred oak barrels
  • Buffalo Trace IFS Barrel Selection (8-year)
  • Elmer T Lee IFS Barrel Selection (10-year)
  • Black Maple Hill (11-year)
